David Marrow — President & CEO

David MarrowMr. Marrow is the CEO and one of the co-founders of DHSoft, Inc. He has over twenty years of specialized experience as a technical consultant to, and developer of tools for, both government and private industry. He has also spent the last ten years managing and assisting large development efforts from concept through implementation. As a software engineer, he has been involved in the development of eight major software applications, with functionality as diverse as image storage and retrieval, text search engines, electronic procurement, and Web-based order entry. Over the past five years, Mr. Marrow has focused on supporting predictive modeling systems, integrating Business Intelligence Systems and Data Mining Systems for Fortune 200 companies.

 

Prior to forming DHSoft with Christopher Pope, Mr. Marrow spent four years as Director of Development with Procurement Automation Institute, five years as a Technical Project Manager with CACI, and two years as a Project Manager with Holbrook & Kellogg, as well as providing consulting services to many clients. His interest in computers began as a programmer analyst in the US Navy.

 

Christopher Pope — CIO

Christopher PopeMr. Pope is the CIO and one of the co-founders of DHSoft, Inc. He brings over fifteen years of experience resolving technical challenges to DHSoft. His areas of expertise include the development of multi-threaded Web-based and GUI applications, client server architecture, and multi-tiered databases. He has in-depth knowledge of numerous technologies including XML, CORBA, EJB, C++, C#, .NET, and Java. Over the past five years, Mr. Pope has focused on integrating Business Intelligence Systems and Data Mining Systems for Fortune 200 companies.
Prior to forming DHSoft with David Marrow, Mr. Pope provided consulting services to many clients, including Rogue Wave Software, MCI Communications, and Fannie Mae. He initially started working with computers while serving in the US Army.

 

George Murray — CFO

George MurrayMr. Murray is the CFO and acting Chief Operations Officer at DHSoft, Inc. He has over fifteen years of experience in the financial and accounting world in both the private and government sectors. Mr. Murray has spent the last two years overseeing financial and operations aspects of the company.

 

Prior to joining DHSoft, Mr. Murray worked as a Senior Budget Analyst at Nextel Communications for three years, as a Financial Analyst at NEC for one year, as CFO of Tout Pret Corporation for three years, and as a Financial Analyst on a contract with the US Navy for three years. He has also worked in both an accounting and auditing role prior to the Navy contract. Mr. Murray holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance and an MBA with emphasis on Finance both of which are from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

 

Chris Checco — Division President

Chris CheccoMr. Checco is the Division President of Customer Chemistry at DHSoft, Inc. He brings over ten years of experience as a business and technical consultant. As a Technical Project Lead, he has successfully implemented a number of large software integration projects in various industries. Mr. Checco worked with statisticians to help define and create the predictive modeling processes that have helped Nextel save several hundred million dollars each year.

 

Prior to joining DHSoft, Mr. Checco worked as a Technical Lead for a variety of companies including The Carpe Diem Group, Phillips Publishing, and MEI Software. In addition to being a Certified Project Management Professional, Mr. Checco also has an International Executive MBA from Georgetown University in Washington, DC.

 

Mark Wolsky — Director, Marketing

Mark WolskyMark Wolsky is responsible for global marketing at DHSoft and Customer Chemistry and brings over 20 years of telecommunications industry and software marketing experience to the company. Mark most recently directed marketing activity at Norwegian-based IntraPoint, a global provider of crisis management solutions and at Telarix, Inc., a global interconnect business optimization software provider.

Prior to Telarix, Mark was responsible for marketing communications at Geneva Technology, a privately held billing software provider. Mark’s branding, communications, and business development efforts contributed to Geneva’s acquisition by Convergys Corporation for $750M in June, 2001. At Convergys, Mark developed numerous innovative product marketing programs that drove business development, branding and corporate visibility efforts. Mark has held numerous management positions in the areas of business development, strategic planning, and market development with public companies such as Verizon and Sprint International. Mark received a BA in Psychology from McGill University, Montreal.

 

William Kastner — Chief Statistician

William KastnerMr. Kastner is the Chief Statistician at DHSoft, Inc. He brings over fifteen years of experience in statistical analysis, data management, database user training and multi-vendor computer system development. Mr. Kastner has spent the last two years providing Statistical Analysis to Nextel.

 

Prior to joining DHSoft, Mr. Kastner provided analytical services to many clients including AT&T, DoubleClick, and Rockwell International. He has a Master's degree in Statistics from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado.

 

Debbie Mayville — Director, Decision Sciences

Debbie MayvilleDebbie Mayville has been providing data mining, targeting, segmentation, and predictive modeling for 13 years with experience in the telecommunications, banking, and travel industries. Prior to joining DHSoft, Debbie worked for Sprint Nextel, Prudential Bank, Bass Hotels & Resorts, American Savings Bank, and The Lacek Group. Debbie has a B.S.M. from Tulane University and an M.B.A. from Georgia State.
